This is a reproduction of the 1955 model 501XX with its relaxed silhouette, retaining the original details. The silhouette is a square style with a defined side seam from the waist to the hips, and a straight leg with a generous thigh. LEVI'S 501XX 1955 model: Levi's iconic jeans, reaching the pinnacle of completion. Now highly regarded by vintage enthusiasts and many others as a masterpiece. Features include banana yellow thread, diamond point-stitched Arcuate, a double-sided embroidered Big E red tab, a non-shrinking paper patch (the early paper patch includes the words "Every Garment Guaranteed"), and a watch pocket with red selvedge.
