This is a hunting jacket from Montgomery Ward, dating back to the 1940s or earlier.
Features a great tag.
Both the material and details are high quality.
The condition is particularly noteworthy; it appears to have been very well cared for, with no damage to the collar, cuffs, ribbing, lining, or pockets. The fabric is also in excellent condition, with no moth holes. There is only slight wear on the piping of the cuff straps, and overall, the condition is superb.
It doesn't feel old-fashioned even when paired with new items.
The chin strap is also intact.
The red and black ombre shadow check has an outstanding vintage aura and is incredibly cool.
