Pikachu is truly the original first generation.
The very first one created has a blue tag by Tommy.
The ones created afterward have a red tag by Tommy.
Pichu was created after the first generation of Pikachu, so it is rare, but I have never come across this first generation of Pikachu.
I have kept it stored in a bag for over 20 years.
There are no noticeable stains.
As an adult, I purchased it just to display, so it has never been played with by children and is in good condition, I believe.
It is currently stored in a plastic bag.
