Feminine details on this 1980's Western style dress in women's size sm to slimmer md. Wide waistband, big puff elastic sleeve and attached tie at the waist. The skirt is full and has a scalloped hemline with an eyelet lace peek-a-boo detail. Matching sash for the neck or hair. Fabric is a cotton blend in beige with a muted rose floral print. In excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note. I have a men's matching Western shirt listed in my shop, too!
