Vintage 50s Wildlife of Birchland Hand Painted Deer Salad Bowl Serving Set Vermont
What a wonderful salad or other serving set that's also art (and a piece of history) for your table. You will receive a round salad bowl and a matching serving fork and spoon. All are hand made from solid wood and then hand painted with rich colors to show the beauty of the VT woods.
The product is called "Picture Bowls" and the pattern on the bowls is called "Granville"; the serving set is Picture Forks and Spoons "Lympus".
About the company: Manuel and Lucille Miller operated a small studio pottery in the mid-1950s under the company name 'Wildlife of Birchland'. Their studio also did painting on wooden items for the home. He created the wood objects; she did the painting.
