Vintage Hand Made Full Length Dress Belted Waist Floral Cut-out Print OOAK

This dress is incredibly reminiscent of the old days with a lovely floral print that is both feminine and understated, but also very unique and beautiful! I think this is hand-made and likely one of a kind! The belt is extremely long allowing for multiple looks depending on where you choose to tie it!
I bundle items and shipping, and I’m usually open to reasonable offers! I do not deep clean jewelry, coins, or anything else that may lose value or incur damage as a result of harsh chemicals.
