Shirt has no tears or rips. The only rip it has its tag, it's ripped in half. Shirt is single stitched. Armpits have some sweat stains, they're noticeable in bright light aimed at them. First photo has flash demonstrating them. Bottom left of shirt has small yellow stain. I haven't attempted washing the shirt or using oxi to see if stains will remove. Outside of that shirt is in good shape from being from the 90s, it does show some stretching. Measurements are in photos.
