@ 1990's. Red fabric. No fabric content tag but I don't think it's silk. It feels more like a nylon/poly blend. Full opened it's 32" across. Bamboo frame with a tension bar that holds it open. When closed it has a ribbon tie to keep it shut. The top is hand painted with dark green bamboo on one side. It's in very good condition. The fabric has no hole or tears. There is on small spot that looks like it may have melted (last photo). Pretty piece to take on a stroll or fun room decor. I ship same or next business day.
