This is a triangular bandage, a GI triangular bandage.
In addition to medical use, it can also be used like a bandana, wrapped around the head, etc.

Comes with two safety pins
The pack is torn due to deterioration, and the rubber band that was tied inside has deteriorated and partially adhered.
The rubber that peeled off upon opening has been removed.
