I’m not familiar with this brand, but it appears that they started manufacturing infant clothing, products, and diapers in Canada. They’ve expanded to Niagara Falls, NY as Kushies Baby USA.
Per tags, this outfit was manufactured in China, but the cloth appears to be high quality as is the workmanship and detail.
Not sure if the skort is intended to be worn with the dress or just from the same line.
These items were a gift, but my granddaughter never wore them due to being the wrong size for the season.
No stains or flaws noted.
