I purchased this several years ago at my favorite AsianZa Huo store. It's a three-quarter sleeve haori with Hmong antique cloth embroidery, found at an ethnic shop that carries many one-of-a-kind items.
I've only tried it on and admired it, but I haven't had many opportunities to wear it, so I've kept it stored away.
The wide sleeves are also an accent.
