Beautiful antique Nippon hand painted porcelain vase, dating to the later m 1800s-early 1900s. Features soft pastel florals in pink, purple, and green with elegant raised gold moriage detailing and a footed base with gold accents.
Marked "Nippon Hand Painted" on the bottom, indicating pre-1921 Japanese export porcelain. A lovely example of Victorian/Art Nouveau craftsmanship.
Very good antique condition. Minimal gold loss and one or two small imperfection marks consistent with age and hand production. No cracks or repairs. Minor rust (?) spots on the inside bottom of the vase.
Perfect for antique collectors, vintage decor, or display in a china cabinet.
Stands 7in tall, 5in wide at the widest part of the body.
