My very best guess is that this is an "Antique Italian Pottery Sculpture of Cherub with Flower Garland".
It appears to be completely hand sculpted and tooled.
Condition: Excellent condition with no signs of damage or repair. Please see photos for details.
Age: Circa late 19th to early 20th c.
Markings: Clearly signed with a mark that I do not recognize.
Country of Origin: I believe that it is Italian.
Materials: Pottery.
Measurements: Roughly 5½" tall.
