Metal light fixture

This is a very cool metal top to a light fixture. Or use it as garden art to hang a plant from. Many things this could be cool for. The decorative plate at the bottom measures 9.75” across. From the top to the metal piece is 21”. I got the light in Saint Thomas on a cruise five years ago, paid 600 for it, and I didn’t realize it was wired for 9 V. So I bought a new fixture and used the globes with that leaving this piece behind. Easy to rewire if you’d like, many uses, a yard decoration, something to hang ornaments on, a plant whatever you can think of.
