Vintage Johnson Brothers Devonshire dinner plate made in England. This classic brown floral transferware pattern features an ornate border with multicolor flowers on a creamy white background.
Based on the backstamp and decoration style, this plate dates to the mid-20th century (circa 1940s–1950s). Measures approximately 9 7/8 inches in diameter, which is the standard dinner plate size for this pattern.
Condition:
Very good vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs observed. Minor factory specks and light glaze variation consistent with vintage Johnson Brothers earthenware. Colors remain rich and clear.
