It comes with a museum collection Marlboro decal.
It is a very popular product overseas and is sold out everywhere. My friend in Italy searched for it and after waiting for a month and a half, I was finally able to obtain a small quantity.
It is a model sold in Italy, and a booklet in Italian is included as a bonus.
