• Crafted in small-batches, by local families, using traditional harvesting practices. It is produced once a year, in the mountains of Greece at an altitude of over 1100 meters
• Naturally LOW IN SUGAR. Our forest honey has a particularly low sugar content (30% less than the average honey), meaning it will never crystallise.
• Distinguished by its thickness and creamy texture and prized for its citrusy flavor and caramel finish. Preservative and additive free, with no gluten and low glycemic content.
• Prized for its antioxidant properties which help support heart and liver function, and it is rich in nutrients and vitamins that help boost metabolic function.
