"The Prime-Line C 1253 Sliding Patio Door Handle is a non-keyed slide door handle replacement. It is reversible for use on left or right sliding patio doors. Use the sliding door handle replacement to replace or upgrade the slide door handle on a variety of patio doors. The door handle hook has a diecast inside and outside pull. The hook latch is constructed of steel. The sliding glass door handle set has mounting holes 4-15/16 inch on center. The hook and handle fits 1-1/4 inch to 1-3/8 inch thick doors. Mounting hardware included. A Phillips head screwdriver is required for installation. Please refer to the line art and compare to your needs before purchasing."
